Verbal Judo & De-escalation Skills
Many times, a potentially violent or difficult situation can be defused using Verbal Judo & De-escalation skills. This course is designed to give students confidence and communication skills needed to take control. This is a far more extensive class and traverses deeper into mental control over your emotions as well as the person you are in contact with. Students will learn how to control a situation by using:
Training Modules: Body language, Key words, Trigger words, Non-aggressive phrases, Open ended questions and sentences, Voice tone, Attitude, State of mind, De-escalation of force.
Workplace Sexual Harassment
Sexual Harassment is a growing problem in the workplace. This program will go over the following topics:
Training Modules: Sexual Harassment Prevention, Guidelines & Policies, Management Vs. Non-management Employees, Acceptable Vs. Non-Acceptable Behavior, dealing with a Sexual Harassment Complaint, Dealing with Non-Employees (3rd party Contractors)
Workplace Violence & Active Shooter
Workplace Violence is a growing concern which can strike at anytime, anyplace, with many different levels of violence. This class can prepare, prevent and protect you and your employees from this threat.

Report Writing & DAR’S (Daily Activity Reports)
Reports are extremely important for every job. A report must convey the exact details and sequence of events that lead to the conclusion of an event. There is no room for opinions or assumptions in a report, just the facts. This course reviews a report in detail, line by line, and illustrates how to properly write a report. We stress clarity, grammar and accuracy.
